6 years agoThe Tampa Bay Rays signed international pitching prospect Sandy Gaston to a $2.61 million minor league deal on Thursday. The 16-year-old Cuban pitcher was among the top international prospects available this winter. He can reach the high-90s with his fastball, but obviously needs plenty of seasoning at such a young age.
