6 years agoDallas Mavericks point guard Dennis Smith Jr. (ankle) will not play Friday versus the Toronto Raptors. He tweaked his ankle on Wednesday, but played through it. He was listed as probable heading into this game, but the Mavs are likely holding him out just to be safe. J.J. Barea should see an increase in usage and playing time.
