6 years agoChicago Bulls guard Kris Dunn (knee) has been diagnosed with a moderate left MCL sprain. Dunn is expected to miss four-to-six weeks of action. Cameron Payne and Ryan Arcidiacono are expected to see the biggest boost in minutes from Dunn's injury. Neither player is a great fantasy option. Zach LaVine is expected to spend more time running the offense with Dunn sidelined. LaVine is likely going to gain the most value here.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
