Jeff McNeil is Sitting Out on Tuesday
6 years agoNew York Mets infielder Jeff McNeil (rest) is out of the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Los Angeles Dodgers. McNeil will get a breather with southpaw Rich Hill on the mound. Wilmer Flores will slide over to second base and bat third, while Jay Bruce covers first base and bats sixth. Flores has not hit left-handed pitching well this season, but he's in a favorable part of the batting order on Tuesday. Flores is at least worth considering for DFS contests, but Hill has pitched well this season.
