Jets Interested In Khalil Mack
6 years agoOne of the teams shopping for Oakland Raiders All-Pro defensive end Khalil Mack is the New York Jets, according to the New York Daily News. However, the Raiders have shown no indication that they would entertain the notion of trading Mack, as they are asking for at least two first-round picks in return, which is unrealistic. Mack has held out for all of training camp and the preseason in hopes of a lucrative contract extension. He's due to make $13.846 million in the fifth and final year of his rookie deal. Mack is an elite IDP target, but the fact that his holdout may extend into the regular season is upsetting.
