Brandon Marshall 2018 Outlook: Don't Count Him Out Just Yet
6 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver Brandon Marshall isn't far off from retirement and a career in the broadcast booth, but that doesn't mean he is done just yet. Marshall has looked sharp in training camp and now stands to benefit from an injury to Doug Baldwin that will sideline him up to the start of the regular season.
Marshall played just five games last year, catching 18 passes for 154 yards. In 2016, he saw his receiving numbers cut in half from the previous year. While he won't be the Pro Bowl player of years past, Marshall could still have enough left in the tank to make an impact on certain weeks. Marshall is going undrafted in many leagues, but could see more action than certain rookies who are being selected instead.
