A.J. McCarron 2018 Outlook: The Best Of Three Bad Quarterback Options In Buffalo?
6 years agoA.J. McCarron should open the season as the Bills starting quarterback, but the former Cincinnati Bengal hasn't shown much in his NFL career to merit enthusiasm for fantasy owners. McCarron did start three games for the Bengals in 2015 and threw six touchdowns to just two interceptions, so if he's can protect the football he might have this job for the majority of the season, especially if Josh Allen doesn't get up to speed quickly. There's streaming upside to McCarron in deep leagues, but expect the Bills to focus on the run game as long as he remains the starter.
