Ryan Zimmerman Expected to Rejoin Nats After All-Star Break
6 years agoWashington Nationals first baseman Ryan Zimmerman (oblique) is reportedly feeling good and will begin a rehab assignment on Monday. Manager Dave Martinez believes Zimmerman could be back with the Nats after the All-Star break. Zimmerman has been out since early May, so it would be a little surprising if he was ready that fast. Zimmerman is worth adding in NL-only leagues. However, the Nats still have Matt Adams and Mark Reynolds, so once Zimmerman is back they'll need to find playing time for everyone. It's difficult to see Zimmerman being much of a fantasy asset this season.
