Welcome back for another exciting daily fantasy NASCAR race weekend. Race two of the Monster Energy Cup Series Playoffs takes us to New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the ISM Connect 300 this Sunday. Martin Truex Jr after winning last week is locked into the second round but with the new stage points system in 2017, don't expect him to let up as all playoff points earned throughout the season carry over until the end of round three. Before getting into this week's strategy, let's take a look at the standings going into this weekend.

For fantasy this week, it will be important to nail down the dominators to get those bonus points. Looking at the cheatsheet and the last six races here at NHMS, there has been at least one driver to lead 100 or more laps each race and at least two drivers to lead 50 or more laps in five of the last six races. Track position is very important as the flat one-mile track makes it very hard to pass and make it through the field. Don't tell Kyle Larson that as he came from the back of the field in July to finish second. He is the only driver to start outside the Top 20 and finish inside the Top 10 in the last two races and only nine drivers have accomplished this over the last six races. With that said, let's jump right into the picks.
Daily Fantasy NASCAR: DraftKings DFS Lineup Picks - ISM Connect 300
Kyle Larson ($9,500)
It will be almost impossible to fade the value with Larson this week who has seen his salary dip below the $10K mark for the first time since Watkins Glen at the start of August. While others have better career track history, Laron has continually gotten better here at NHMS and tied his career-best in July with a runner-up finish. He will start on the front row with Kyle Busch and posted the fastest speed in the first two practices and was fifth fastest in final practice. He has a great shot at leading a bunch of laps and winning the race and is my top overall driver this week.
Martin Truex Jr. ($10,500)
Not really going out on a limb here with my second pick. Truex dominated the regular points, playoff points, and then won the opening playoff race last week at Chicago. Like I mentioned above, don't expect him to sit back and wait for round two as he will be out to grab even more playoff points. The #78 qualified fifth for tomorrow's race and then went out on Saturday and posted the third fastest time in practice two and the fastest speed in final practice. He will be a factor once again this week.
Daniel Suarez ($7,500)
For value this week I will be turning to Daniel Suarez who stood out before the cars even hit the track this weekend. He impressed in his first race here in July with a sixth-place finish after starting 16th. He has also been terrific on the one-mile intermediate's this season with a Top 10 in all three races. Suarez provides some nice place differential this week as he will start 25th but posted Top 10 speeds in both final practices and 10-lap averages in those practices. Lock him into your lineups in all formats.
