This part of the season is the hardest to track, with players coming down with illnesses and the normal wear-and-tear the season has on them, be sure to be constantly checking for injury updates. In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 1/16/17. For tomorrow, you will need to load your lineup with heavy-hitters, meaning you will need value. I will advise value plays and add in the superstars in the 'Also Consider' section. There are three games that are all great to stack, so feel free to comfortably pick the superstars from the following: Cleveland @ Golden State, Trail Blazers @ Wizards, Thunder @ Clippers

FanDuel DFS Guards
Malcolm Delaney - PG, @ NYK ($3,700)
Malcolm Delaney finished last night's game hitting two threes, back-to-back, making him one of my top value plays on a Hawks...back-to-back. The Knicks defense has been porous all season and I don't expect that to change overnight. This should not necessarily be a blowout, but Delaney, Dennis Schroder, and Tim Hardaway Jr. should all be solid plays against the Knicks. Courtney Lee is a good defender, but if he is not on Hardaway Jr. or Delaney, they will get space and expect them both to fill the stat sheet. Delaney excels as a playmaking point guard, while Hardaway Jr. should be eager to drop a few buckets on his former team.
Jameer Nelson - PG, vs ORL ($3,600)
Emmanuel Mudiay has been struggling offensively, opening the door for Jameer Nelson to see a major of increase in usage as the main backcourt facilitator. Nelson has a high-quality jump shot and is hard to contain when it is hitting. This may be the start of another Jameer Nelson trend and I am taking advantage. Orlando has been regularly tough against point guards, but Elfrid Payton's recent offensive outbursts have seen a slight impact on the defensive end. His hands are still quick as ever, but since he has been needed more for Orlando's offense, he has started to slightly ease off on defense. It is usually a good idea to take advantage of situations like this, similar to the Russell Westbrook situation in Oklahoma City. (Incredible offensive effort = minimal defensive contributions)
Also Consider: Aaron Brooks - PG, vs NO ($3,700)
FanDuel DFS Forwards
Marreese Speights - PF, vs DET ($4,100)
Marreese Speights has been great off the bench for the Clippers, and has been productive in his minutes. He primarily contributes in points, but against the Steven Adams-less Thunder, expect Speights to have open shots all game and grab more rebounds than usual. I do not like the fact that Steven Adams is hurt, but it will not change me from taking advantage of the situation nonetheless. Adams is one of the only versatile big-men the Thunder can use to cover Speights on the perimeter. Even though Speights likes to play from the outside-in, he will absolutely use his size to his advantage. Without anyone to slow him down, Speights is lined up to have one of his better games of the season.
Jabari Parker - SF, vs PHI ($7,400)
This is not a value play like I earlier stated, but Jabari Parker should be an option that will produce like a high-value SF. The 76ers have been playing fantastic basketball, but still lack size on the defensive end, especially forwards that will be able to keep up with/slow down Parker. The Bucks have focused their offense around their two superstars, and after ALMOST amassing a triple-double yesterday, look for Parker to contribute more in terms of scoring against Philadelphia, while Giannis Antetokounmpo goes back to being main facilitator.
Also Consider: Domantas Sabonis - PF, at LAC ($3,500)
FanDuel DFS Centers
Tristan Thompson - C, at GSW ($5,000)
The Warriors are not a strong defensive team and the Cavaliers have been one of the top rebounding teams thanks to Tristan Thompson. He will dominate Zaza Pachulia in the paint AND on the rebounds, strictly due to his athleticism, a clear advantage over Pachulia. Thompson offers variety when it comes to big men and I am confident he will be close to a double-double by the end of the first half. His price will fit what he will produce but on a night where the superstars are out, Thompson should fit just fine as a versatile center going against Pachulia.
Also Consider: John Henson - C, vs PHI ($3,500)
