BALLER MOVE: Target ~125
CURRENT ADP: 137.8
ANALYSIS: C.J. Prosise has just one year of experience as a running back under his belt, totaling more than 1,000 rushing yards and 12 total touchdowns as a junior at Notre Dame in 2015.
Nine-year veteran Marshawn Lynch retired this offseason, opening the door for Thomas Rawls, who had moderate success while filling in for Lynch last season. Rawls is still recovering from a broken ankle suffered last December, but is still expected to begin the season as the Seahawks’ primary back. At Seattle's OTA's, however, Prosise was found practicing with the wide receivers, which likely indicates that he will serve as the team’s third-down back. Fred Jackson hauled in 32 of his 41 targets as Seattle’s third-down back a year ago.
Prosise’s versatility should allow him to collect a ton of all-purpose yards this season, and he can provide decent value in the later rounds of fantasy drafts.
