Cleveland Browns rookie running back Duke Johnson reportedly suffered a shoulder stinger on Sunday against the Denver Broncos. The injury is likely to keep him out of some practice this week, but it's not considered serious and it shouldn't linger on long-term.
Even when healthy Johnson is nowhere on the fantasy football radar in redraft leagues that do not give points for receptions. He is worth owning in PPR leagues, but I would consider him a RB4 until the Browns name him their clear-cut starter over Isaiah Crowell.
The Browns play the St. Louis Rams in Week 7, which means neither Crowell or Johnson are recommended starts. The only player on the Browns offense that is a must-start every week is probably one of the biggest fantasy surprises of the year - TE Gary Barnidge.
