Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy is still unlikely to play in Week 6, but he has returned to practice.
Although coach Rex Ryan is not giving a timetable for McCoy's return, the running back said a couple weeks ago that he will not return to action until he is 100 percent.
With backup Karlos Williams still in the NFL's concussion protocol, Anthony Dixon and Dan Herron will likely see the bulk of the team's carries against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. Stay away from starting either guy if at all possible. Only Williams and McCoy are worth considering as starters in fantasy football. If both of them are out, avoid the other Bills running backs if possible.
If you are forced to start either Dixon or Herron, I would start Dixon. The team seemed to use him more than Herron in passing situations, which makes him a safer option.
