BALLER MOVE: Add in All Leagues (Especially For Bye Weeks)
Owned in 51% of Fleaflicker Leagues
ANALYSIS: Coming into the Week 4 bye week crunch, many of us are grappling with what players to add/drop and plug into our lineups so that we don't completely sacrifice a win due to how the NFL schedules their season. For some, these decisions are coming into play for the owners of the Bengals top rated defense, while conversely, some desperate owners are looking for a defensive upgrade or stopgap for their sinking ship.
Enter the Detroit Lions supremely undervalued defense (having only allowed 191 rushing yards through 3 games), heading to dirty Jersey to battle with the New York Jets. Besides the fact that we project them as a top scoring defense for Week 4, the main factors attributed here are the Jets putrid passing offense, Geno Smith being very turnover prone, and the Jets' overall horrific red zone efficiency. The fact remains that while the Jets can run the rock on almost anyone, the Lions have a very physical and talented defensive front that has already helped shut down much more high powered offenses like the Green Bay Packers, so the Jets should be a stroll in the park for a defense clearly on the rise in 2014.
