Jimmy Butler Traded To Warriors
44 mins agoMiami Heat forward Jimmy Butler has been traded to the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday. It seemed that Butler had burned his bridge to Golden State a few days ago, but that doesn't appear to be the case. Butler will head over to the Warriors in exchange for Andrew Wiggins, Dennis Schroder, Kyle Anderson, and a first-round pick. The Warriors are attempting to go all-in here by adding a superstar in the hopes of possibly getting one more ring before maybe heading into a rebuild. Butler has talked his way off multiple teams, but he is a legitimate difference maker when he's on the court. He hasn't played since late January due to a suspension, but Butler is a top-50 contributor when he's available. Butler also signed a two-year, $121 million extension with the Warriors as part of the trade. It appears Butler is going to be sticking around in Golden State for a few more seasons.
