16 seconds agoSan Jose Sharks center Alexander Wennberg (upper body) will not be available for Thursday's matchup against the Seattle Kraken. He has sustained an upper-body injury, making Wennberg miss only his second game of the season. The Swedish centerman has performed reasonably well in a middle-six role, producing eight goals and 23 points in 52 games. Carl Grundstrom will replace Wennberg in the lineup, with Luke Kunin taking over his job as the third-line center. Grundstrom has gone scoreless 16 times in his past 17 appearances. He has notched five points (one goal, four assists) in 34 outings this season. Wennberg is considered day-to-day, so the Sharks should get him back relatively soon.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
