Will Levis Throws Touchdown In Return To Starting Role
5 days agoTennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis completed 9-of-17 attempts for 175 yards and a touchdown, along with four carries for eight rushing yards and a fumble in a 23-14 loss to the Houston Texans. It was a turbulent day for Levis, who returned to the starting lineup for the first time since Week 15 but was subsequently benched against Houston after just three drives. Backup QB Mason Rudolph took over until Levis was thrown back into the game towards the end of the third quarter. On his first drive back, he fumbled twice, one of which was recovered by the defense and brought back for a score. He did manage to turn his final throw of the season into a 49-yard touchdown to Tay Martin. With a (3-14) record, Tennessee officially holds the first overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft. After a rocky season on offense and some tantalizing options in the 2025 class, Levis' future remains unclear at the moment as it remains to be seen if the Titans give him another chance to be the team's starting quarterback in 2025.
