2 weeks agoTennessee Titans running back Tyjae Spears is playing like he was built for fantasy football playoffs and draws a plus matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 17. His two best performances of the season have come in the last two weeks, with a pair of touchdowns in each showing. For PPR leagues, Spears is an especially exciting player, hauling in nine receptions for 126 yards over his last two appearances. And Spears is rostered in just 61% of Yahoo Fantasy leagues, making him a top-tier waiver wire target for Week 17. Titans lead back Tony Pollard (ankle) has not participated in practice at all this week and is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Jacksonville. Whether or not he suits up, Spears is bound to have more attention in Tennessee's offense. The Jaguars give up the second-most points to opposing fantasy running backs this year.
