Adam Thielen In Play As A Flex Option Against Buccaneers
4 days agoCarolina Panthers veteran wide receiver Adam Thielen should be in play as at least a touchdown-dependent, low-upside WR4/flex for fantasy managers in a Week 13 divisional battle against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In his first game action since suffering a hamstring injury in Week 3 that sent him to Injured Reserve, Thielen caught three of four targets for 57 yards in last week's three-point loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. He played 61% of the offensive snaps and finished fourth on the team in targets, but he still made an impact in the game, mainly with a 36-yard catch. The 34-year-old should see the field more this weekend and he could take advantage of a positive matchup against a Bucs defense that has been a top-10 matchup for receivers in fantasy in 2024. In addition, rookie receiver Jalen Coker (quadriceps) and rookie tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders (neck) are out for Carolina.
