Isiah Pacheco Injury Update
The Chiefs expect Pacheco (fibula) to be healthy enough that he could play this week. However, whether he's actually active for Sunday's game against the Panthers depends on how he does in practice this week, head coach Andy Reid said.
Regarding the availability of Isiah Pacheco (ankle) and Charles Omenihu (knee) this weekend, Coach Reid says they'll just have to see how each player does in practice this week.

Tyjae Spears Injury Update
Spears (concussion) entered concussion protocol following Sunday's loss. The Titans' backup running back exited late in the game to be evaluated, and it sounds like he did, in fact, suffer a concussion versus Minnesota. Assuming he misses Week 12, Julius Chestnut will step up as the No. 2 running back behind Tony Pollard.

Jonathon Brooks Injury Update
Panthers head coach Dave Canales said that he expects Brooks (knee) to play against the Chiefs this week. If confirmed as active, Brooks would be making his NFL debut. Presumably, he'd operate behind Chuba Hubbard for the time being.
Canales says he “fully expect(s)” Jonathon Brooks to play this week but they still need to go through the week of work. He does not expect Miles Sanders (foot/ankle) to play. #Panthers https://t.co/CxaVX1Wqzk

Miles Sanders Injury Update
Sanders (foot, ankle) injured himself during Week 10 in Germany and is not expected to play in Week 12 against the Chiefs. The veteran running back doesn't appear to be headed for an injured reserve stint, but he's going to miss some time nonetheless.

MarShawn Lloyd Injury Update
Lloyd (ankle, hamstring, appendix) has been activated from injured reserve. However, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic notes that Lloyd may be destined for another IR stint. The rookie had been nearing a return to play from his ankle and hamstring issues but faced a new setback when he woke up with appendicitis last Friday.
Packers activated MarShawn Lloyd off IR. They’ll now likely put him back on IR to re-start his clock after his appendicitis last week two days after his 21-day window opened.
