Puka Nacua - WR, Los Angeles Rams
Puka Nacua had a strong outing in yesterday’s victory over the New England Patriots. He caught seven passes for 123 yards and made an incredible touchdown catch.

Unfortunately, Nacua was injured on that grab.
Puka Nacua -
Amazing TD catch but hurt.
He had his right leg extended out while curled in pain, but it also looked like he’s favoring his left arm.Concern for Left AC sprain as he landed on it hard during the catch.
Hopefully not his right knee again (whipped into turf). pic.twitter.com/03FMunBB40— Jeff Mueller, PT, DPT (@jmthrivept) November 17, 2024
The Rams star receiver did return to the game and seemed to suffer no ill effects. It looks like Nacua just had the wind knocked out of him. He should be fine going forward.
Tyjae Spears - RB, Tennessee Titans
Tyjae Spears left Sunday’s loss to the Minnesota Vikings to be evaluated for a concussion.

He was taken to the locker room for further evaluation. We’ve yet to receive official confirmation that he sustained a concussion, but Spears is having trouble staying on the field. It’s a shame as he had just returned from a hamstring injury a few weeks ago.
Gamers should monitor the RotoBaller newsfeed for any updates on Spears’ status for Week 12. Any absence would boost Tony Pollard’s value as he would re-enter a bell-cow role in Tennessee’s offense.
Alexander Mattison & Zamir White - RBs, Las Vegas Raiders
Alexander Mattison had been serving as the Raiders lead back the last few weeks. Unfortunately, he suffered an ankle injury in yesterday’s loss to the Miami Dolphins.

Zamir White was next up for touches, but he went down with a quad injury.

— DraftKings Network (@DKNetwork) November 17, 2024
The severity of both injuries is currently unknown. We should know more later today or tomorrow. If one player is out for Week 12, then the other would be a potential RB2 or flex play. If both players are sidelined, veteran Ameer Abdullah or rookie Dylan Laube would be in line for more touches.
Laube was a popular sleeper pick in dynasty rookie drafts this year. He had a very successful career at the University of New Hampshire and has drawn praise from the Las Vegas coaching staff. If Mattison and White are both out, Laube might be worth adding over Abdullah. We know what Abdullah is at this stage of his career. Laube could have more upside in a Raiders offense that has been looking to establish the ground game.
Darnell Mooney - WR, Atlanta Falcons
Darnell Mooney popped up on Atlanta’s injury report this week with an Achilles' issue. It must not have been too serious as he was eventually removed from the injury report and suited up. While the Achilles' was not an issue, Mooney did suffer a hamstring injury in yesterday’s game.

— SleeperNFL (@SleeperNFL) November 17, 2024
We don’t know the severity at this time, but hamstring injuries are usually not good. It’s important players don’t try to play through them or rush back as this can lead to longer absences. With that said it would be wise for gamers to expect Mooney to miss a few weeks.
Tight end Kyle Pitts could be the biggest beneficiary in any Mooney absence. Pitts hasn’t been a priority in Atlanta’s offense, but that could change with Mooney out of the picture. Ray-Ray McCloud III could also emerge as a flex play in deeper leagues.
Luckily, Atlanta has their bye in Week 12, so Mooney will have an extra week of rest to heal up. Hopefully, this hamstring injury isn’t too serious, and Mooney returns in Week 13.
Jordan Addison - WR, Minnesota Vikings
Jordan Addison found the end zone for the third time this year during yesterday’s victory over the Tennessee Titans.

He was also forced out of the game due to cramps.

Head coach Kevin O’Connell confirmed that Addison’s cramps are nothing to be concerned about and that he is okay. That’s good news for Addison’s owners, but they were surely disappointed he missed time yesterday as he was having a nice game. Addison will return to the field in a Week 12 showdown against the Chicago Bears.
Ladd McConkey - WR, Los Angeles Chargers
Ladd McConkey left last night’s game after landing hard on his right shoulder.

Slammed onto the side of his right shoulder. Common mechanism for an AC joint injury, and if hard enough a collar bone fracture. Let’s hope it’s not a fracture pic.twitter.com/qVny4vu6WA
— Tom Christ, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT (@FantasyInjuryT) November 18, 2024
Luckily, he was able to return to the game. It's good news because initially, it looked like McConkey had suffered a serious injury. Gamers should monitor the Chargers' injury and practice reports this week. McConkey should be fine, but keep an eye on him in case his injury worsens over the week.
The rookie receiver gets an extra day of rest as the Chargers play the Baltimore Ravens on Monday Night Football in Week 12. Hopefully the extra rest helps ensure McConkey plays.
Tee Higgins, WR- Cincinnati Bengals
The fifth-year receiver briefly exited last night’s loss to the Los Angeles Chargers after taking a hard shot to the back.

— Tom Christ, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT (@FantasyInjuryT) November 18, 2024
Fortunately, Tee Higgins re-entered the game after being examined by trainers. It was good to see Higgins was not seriously injured as last night was his first game back after missing two weeks with a quad injury. He should be fine moving forward, but gamers should monitor Cincinnati’s practice reports this week just to be safe.
