Ja'Tavion Sanders' Production In Limbo In Week 7
1 month agoCarolina Panthers rookie tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders is coming off his best performance of the year against the Atlanta Falcons, in which he recorded five receptions on seven targets for 49 yards. The fourth-round pick from Texas replaced veteran Tommy Tremble (concussion), who is questionable this week against Washington. Receiving-wise, Sanders outperformed any Tremble performance this year before his concussion. It would not be surprising to see Sanders log more snaps this week in a matchup that could result in a pass-heavy attack from Carolina, even if Tremble suits up. However, it would still be hard for fantasy managers to trust Sanders' production as he hasn't put enough on tape. But, for anyone in a tight-end pinch, Sanders is a worthwhile gamble as a deep-league TE streamer in Week 7.
