1 month agoAlthough the Los Angeles Chargers haven't been kind to opposing defense/special teams units this year -- D/ST units have scored an average of 3.3 fantasy points in four games against them -- the Denver Broncos defense/special teams is riding high and should be considered a top-10 fantasy option in Week 6 at home. Denver's D currently ranks fifth in overall fantasy points, second in points allowed per game (14.6), fifth in passing yards allowed per game (159.8), 10th in rushing yards allowed per game (111.4) and third in total yards allowed per game (271.2). They'll be facing a Chargers offense that has scored only 17 points per game in four contests (fifth-fewest in the NFL) with a QB that has been playing through a nagging ankle sprain. The Broncos are also tied for the seventh-most takeaways (eight), although the Chargers offense has taken care of the ball (tied for first with only two giveaways).--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
