BALLER MOVE: Add in 12-Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 8% of Yahoo Leagues
ANALYSIS: Kansas City Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire is one of the biggest NFL Draft busts in recent memory. However, the veteran has earned a role in the Chiefs’ backfield as a No. 2 running back behind Isiah Pacheco. Unfortunately, Edwards-Helaire started the season on the non-football illness list.
Thankfully, he is feeling better and set to return to the active roster this week. The veteran joins the team at the perfect time, with Pacheco out for several more weeks with a knee injury. Edwards-Helaire will join Kareem Hunt, Carson Steele, and Samaje Perine in the Kansas City backfield.

Fantasy players in 12-team leagues with an injured running back core should add Edwards-Helaire off the waiver wire this week. The veteran likely won’t have a featured role. However, he could use Hunt and Steele for early down work, making him a potential flex option or low-end RB2 during the bye weeks.
