BALLER MOVE: Start in 10+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR2
ANALYSIS: Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins is a low-end WR2 play heading into the team's Week 4 meeting with the Carolina Panthers.
Higgins missed the first two games of the season due to injury, but in his Week 3 return, he immediately played 90% of the team's snaps, suggesting that Higgins is healthy now. His actual numbers from the game weren't great, though, as he caught just three passes for 39 yards.
we were so, so close to a huge Tee Higgins game yesterday… pic.twitter.com/i9diyFcDCQ

That game was especially disappointing because it came against a Commanders defense that was ripe for the picking. But the Bengals could just never get Higgins going.
Still, Higgins remains one of the best No. 2 receivers in the league and gets a juicy Week 4 matchup against the Carolina Panthers. This is a perfect spot for Higgins to remind everyone of his talent. He should be in your fantasy football lineups this week.
