2 months agoThe Minnesota Vikings' defense enjoyed a productive win over the San Francisco 49ers in Week 2. The unit finished Sunday's game with five sacks, nine tackles for loss, one interception, and one fumble recovery. They also held a strong Niners offense to just 17 points. All in all, the Vikings have emerged as one of the more appealing fantasy defenses so far. The unit dominated the Giants in Week 1, and now they've had their way against San Francisco. Through just two games, the Minnesota defense has 11 sacks, one fumble recovery, three interceptions, one touchdown, and 15 tackles for loss. They do have a tough matchup on tap against the Texans, but this unit has shown that it can handle big challenges already. Minnesota is a candidate to rank among the top 12 fantasy defenses for the third consecutive week in Week 3.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBaller
