Heading into training camp, Jordan Love and Dak Prescott hope to secure long-term deals that rival Joe Burrow's from last offseason. All three teams have high hopes to make deep playoff runs, but that hope hinges on the success and health of their franchise quarterbacks.
While none of these QBs have much rushing upside, they have shown the ability to produce in fantasy as true gunslingers in high-octane offenses.
Let's dive into each of their fantasy football outlooks below!

Joe Burrow 2024 Fantasy Football Outlook
In his two seasons where he played more than 10 games, Burrow finished as a top-10 fantasy quarterback despite not having the rushing upside of others like Lamar Jackson or Josh Allen. Thanks to Cincinnati's high-powered throwing offense with elite outside weapons like Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, Burrow has thrived when they can spread the defense out and pick them apart in quick game and vertically.
Joe Burrow
•Healthy & ready to prove he’s back
•Was QB4 weeks 5-10 last szn
•QB4 in 2022
•QB7 in 2021He’s Joe Burrow don’t over think this one.pic.twitter.com/PCxVA20ofw

The biggest question mark around Burrow remains his health. After tearing his ACL in his rookie season, having a calf scare last year that limited his production early in the season, and then a wrist injury that forced him out of the final stretch of the season, durability is a legitimate concern when considering Burrow.
As of now, Burrow ranks QB7 in our preseason fantasy rankings with top-5 upside in any given week. He will almost surely resume his elite production through the air if healthy.
Jordan Love 2024 Fantasy Football Outlook
The biggest news surrounding Love is his contract, as he recently stated he will not practice at training camp without a new deal. In his first full season as a starter, Love finished as QB5 in most formats despite a slow start because of how strong he came on near the end of the season.
Can Jordan Love ride last year's momentum to become the number one QB in Fantasy Football? 🏆
• 7th in NFL passing yards (4,159) 📊
• 2nd in passing touchdowns (32) 🎯
• Tied for 7th in rushing touchdowns (4) 🚀
• Only 1 interception in the final 8 games 🛡️ pic.twitter.com/y5VVzYS2eW— Fantasy Football Dudes (@TFFDudes) July 12, 2024
His late-season surge and the postseason win in Dallas has many around the league believing he has the makings of the next franchise guy in Green Bay. The Packers added Josh Jacobs in the offseason, which should help the run game get going immediately like it did late in the year with Aaron Jones. Matt LaFleur's offense has always revolved around the run game, and Jacobs could have their offense looking like they did at the end of the year from the start.
Love ranks QB11 in our preseason fantasy rankings with the ability to get 18 fantasy points consistently thanks to his high volume of passing attempts.
Dak Prescott 2024 Fantasy Football Outlook
While Prescott hasn't made any formal decision to skip practice due to his contract situation, he is heading into the final year of his deal. Coming off his second-best fantasy finish ever where he was QB3 despite having just two rushing touchdowns, Prescott would appear in line to have another big season in an offense with some of the same pieces.
Highest % of Starts as Top 3 Weekly Fantasy QB (since 2020)
1) Josh Allen - 41%
2) Dak Prescott - 30%
3) Jalen Hurts - 29%
4) Patrick Mahomes - 23%
5) Justin Herbert - 21%
6) Lamar Jackson - 18%
7) Justin Fields - 16%
8) Joe Burrow - 15%
9) Kyler Murray - 14%
10) Tua - 14%— Kyle Lindemann (@LuckIsMadeFF) June 22, 2024
The biggest question mark has to do with his top weapon CeeDee Lamb, who isn't expected to be present at camp without a new contract. Prescott finished as a top-10 QB every season where he played more than 12 games in his career except for 2018, which would likely continue as long as he has his top weapon from the jump.
Prescott ranks QB8 in our preseason fantasy rankings and would be a safe QB1 option every week if Lamb is back playing every week.
