Jets Offense Looking To "Detail It Up" With Aaron Rodgers Back
5 months agoThe New York Jets offense should be more fine-tuned in its second year under offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett in 2024 while also getting future Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers back from the torn Achilles he suffered in Week 1 last fall. In addition to Rodgers' return, the Jets added Tyron Smith and John Simpson to the offensive line in free agency, traded for Morgan Moses and drafted Olu Fashanu in the first round. At receiver, the team added Mike Williams (knee) and drafted Malachi Corley. "Now you can really detail it up. You can talk about the intricacies of the route. You can experiment with new plays, new motions, all kinds of different, fun things. So it's been really good. I think the guys have really enjoyed it," Hackett said.
