Trevon Diggs "Looks Great"
6 months agoDallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy said that cornerback Trevon Diggs (knee) "looks great" this offseason in his return from a torn ACL that he suffered last September. There seems to be a real chance that Diggs will start training camp on the Physically Unable to Perform list, but "he's in a good spot." The 25-year-old defensive isn't going to be a full-go right away for training camp this summer, but he still has a chance to be ready for Week 1 of the 2024 regular season, barring a setback. The former second-round pick in 2020 out of Alabama was a Pro Bowler in 2021 and 2022 before playing in just two games in 2023 due to his knee injury. Nobody in IDP fantasy leagues should be expecting Diggs to intercept another 11 passes like he did in 2021, but he's a difference-maker in Dallas' secondary when he's on the field.
