Kris Bryant Absent On Monday Due To Soreness
6 months agoColorado Rockies outfielder Kris Bryant is out of the starting lineup ahead of Monday's game against the Cincinnati Reds due to soreness after making an awkward catch during Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Manager Bud Black said Bryant is "a little sore" and is consulting with doctors and trainers. Fantasy managers haven't seen much of Bryant lately anyway. He has mainly been playing only once per series of late as the Rockies try to keep him healthy. Sean Bouchard will cover left field and bat seventh versus left-hander Andrew Abbott on Monday.
