8 months agoSan Antonio Spurs forward/center Victor Wembanyama (ankle) could miss Monday's rematch with Phoenix. The rookie had one of his worst showings of the 2023-24 campaign in Saturday's matchup with the Suns, finishing with 13 points, five rebounds, and four assists. He also had one block, his first one-swat game since December, and turned the ball over five times. But the 20-year-old has only missed eight games this season, so he'll likely sit this one out, considering the Spurs were eliminated from postseason contention long ago. With that in mind, if Wembanyama doesn't suit up on Monday night, Zach Collins, averaging 14.4 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 3.6 assists in 26 starts this season, would likely take his place in the rotation.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
