Aaron Judge Is "Mid-Spring Beat Up," Won't Return Until Wednesday
9 months agoNew York Yankees manager Aaron Boone said outfielder Aaron Judge is "mid-spring beat up" and is not expected to play in the Grapefruit League until Wednesday. Boone didn't detail what type of injury Judge is dealing with, but the Yankees expect him to be in the lineup the next few days. The 31-year-old was limited to 106 games in 2023 due to hip and toe injuries. He slashed .267/.406/.613 with 37 home runs, 75 RBI, 79 runs, and three stolen bases over 458 plate appearances last season. Judge is hitting .143 (2-for-14) with an RBI over six games this spring. When healthy, the Yankees slugger is arguably one of the hitters in all of baseball and currently has an NFBC ADP of 11 heading into upcoming drafts.
