9 months agoAccording to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype, the Memphis Grizzlies have agreed on a 10-day contract with forward/center Wenyen Gabriel. The 26-year-old big man will provide some frontcourt depth to the injury-hit Grizzlies. Gabriel has been limited to G League action this season but is a 145-game NBA veteran. He spent last season with the Lakers, averaging 5.5 points and 4.2 rebounds in 15.1 minutes across 68 games. Gabriel is capable of posting decent numbers when given enough minutes, but he'll only have fantasy value in Memphis if Jaren Jackson Jr. gets taken out of the lineup.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
