10 months agoBrooklyn Nets guard Lonnie Walker IV (hamstring) won't play on Thursday against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The former Laker combined for 58 points in the three games leading up to Monday's showdown with the Warriors. However, Walker lasted only five minutes before exiting for the rest of the contest because of hamstring tightness. As a result, he missed Tuesday's meeting with the Dallas Mavericks. Nonetheless, Walker's next chance to play will be Saturday versus the San Antonio Spurs. But without Walker on the floor, rookie Jalen Wilson, coming off a 10-point, four-rebound, and one-steal outing in 18 minutes, could remain included in Jacque Vaughn's rotation.
