Jaren Jackson Jr. Doubtful For Tuesday's Game
10 months agoMemphis Grizzlies forward/center Jaren Jackson Jr. (hip) is unlikely to suit up for Tuesday's matchup against the Knicks, as the team considers him doubtful for the game. Jackson Jr. stepped out of the lineup Sunday versus Boston, allowing Trey Jemison to make his first career start. The 24-year-old rookie failed to impress, but he will likely get a new chance on Tuesday, as Memphis simply doesn't have many alternative frontcourt options due to injuries. Matt Hurt will also benefit from Jackson Jr.'s absence.
