Jerami Grant Exits Friday's Game Due To Injury
10 months agoPortland Trail Blazers forward Jerami Grant (back) will not return to Friday's game against the San Antonio Spurs. Malcolm Brogdon (knee) was ruled out heading into this one. Even worse, Scoot Henderson (quadriceps) also exited after just six minutes of action. But with Grant now dealing with back soreness, he might not be in the lineup when the Blazers meet the Chicago Bulls on Sunday. If that happens, Toumani Camara may take his spot in the rotation. Camara is averaging 7.6 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 1.1 steals in 29 starts. While the 23-year-old hasn't been the most proficient three-point shooter, his ability on the defensive end makes him an adequate streaming option if Grant can't suit up against Chicago.
