Tyler Higbee Suffers Dislocated Shoulder
12 months agoLos Angeles Rams tight end Tyler Higbee (shoulder) suffered a dislocated left shoulder in the Week 17 win over the New York Giants and the Rams will evaluate him later this week. The Rams haven't decided yet if they'll even play most of their starters in Week 18 against the San Francisco 49ers after clinching a playoff spot with their win on Sunday. With that said and given the nature of Higbee's injury, it's unlikely that he will be active this weekend to close out the regular season. The 31-year-old played 94 percent of the offensive snaps against the Giants and caught a season-high six passes for 62 yards in the one-point victory. Fantasy managers shouldn't expected to have him available in Week 18, but we'll know more on his status later this week. If Higbee does not play, expect rookie Davis Allen to have a significant role as a pass-catching tight end for LA.
