11 months agoWashington Commanders running back Antonio Gibson has a chance to be a strong play this week. In Week 15, the Commanders are taking on the Los Angeles Rams, and the fourth-year pro will be operating as lead back. Fellow running back Brian Robinson Jr. (hamstring) has been ruled out for this week, making Gibson a candidate for more rushing volume in addition to his usual receiving usage. He'll likely be splitting some carries with rookie Chris Rodriguez Jr., but this expanded workload could make him one of the better starting options this week.
