Jonathan Taylor Expected To Play Again This Year
1 year agoIndianapolis Colts head coach Shane Steichen confirmed to reporters that the plan is for running back Jonathan Taylor (thumb) to play again this year. Taylor has missed the last two weeks with a right-thumb injury that required surgery, and his status remains to be determined for Saturday's clash against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 15. The 24-year-old was expected to be out anywhere from three to five weeks, so a return this weekend might be a bit optimistic, but we'll have to see what he does in practices starting on Wednesday. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect him to play this Saturday, which would mean another weak of Zack Moss serving in a lead-back role for the Colts. Taylor should remain stashed in all fantasy leagues for the time being.
