Odell Beckham Jr.'s Shoulder Injury Isn't Long-Term
1 year agoBaltimore Ravens wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. (shoulder) suffered a shoulder injury late in the Week 11 Thursday Night Football win over the Cincinnati Bengals. The veteran had his best game as a Raven last week, posting four catches for 116 yards. He flashed his YAC ability that he showed early in his career, so it was disappointing to see him get banged up near the end of the contest. However, head coach John Harbaugh said Beckham Jr.'s injury is not viewed as long-term. Fantasy managers will have to monitor his status heading into the Week 12 matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers, but he shouldn't be expected to miss much action. If he plays, he'll face arguably the worst pass defense in the NFL. With Mark Andrews (ankle) expected to miss significant time, he could see additional targets down the stretch.
