Trevor Lawrence Fantasy Football Outlook
Despite the Jaguars sitting first in the division quarterback Trevor Lawrence hasn't quite played up to his preseason expectations heading into the 2023 season. He has thrown for just 2,120 yards, nine touchdowns, and six interceptions this season through nine games played.
Lawrence's fantasy struggles have primarily come from his lack of passing touchdowns this season. The quarterback has thrown for an average of just one passing touchdown per week this season and has thrown for just two touchdowns in the last three games played.
Moving forward, Lawrence draws favorable matchups against Tennessee, Houston, Cincinnati, and Carolina in Week 17 which should imply that the 24-year-old could have a much improved second half of the season heading into the NFL and Fantasy Playoffs.
Should I Start Trevor Lawrence in Week 11?
The Jaguars have a pass-friendly opponent in Week 11 as they face the Tennessee Titans who rank middle of the pack in the NFL at 17th in passing yards allowed per game which is a good sign for Lawrence to try to get back on track.
However, with the offensive struggles that the Jaguars have had this season, it would be hard to trust Lawrence if an owner has a more stable quarterback but should be considered as a startable option in Week 11. Wideouts Christian Kirk, Calvin Ridley, and Evan Engram will all need to be contributing factors to help out the third-year quarterback.
We ranked Trevor Lawrence 20th in the Week 11 player rankings.
