Jalen Hurts Injury Update for Fantasy Football
As per the latest update, the Philadelphia Eagles did not add Jalen Hurts to the injury report. He is likely to rest during their Bye Week but should be practicing during the week and will be available to face the Chiefs in Week 11. The Eagles are 8-1 on the season and have the best record in the NFC.
Hurts had already been dealing with pain in the same knee for multiple weeks leading up to the contest and was spotted wearing a brace on his leg against the Cowboys and during practice throughout the week.
Hurts did need to exit the field momentarily with little time left in the first half to see treatment in the locker room, but then returned to the field to start the second half and continued to showcase his skills, throwing for two touchdowns and zero turnovers.
Jalen Hurts Fantasy Football Outlook
In the nine games that he has played this season, Hurts has recorded 2,347 passing yards, 15 touchdowns, and 8 interceptions. He is averaging 260 passing yards per game and nearly 1.5 touchdowns thrown per game.
His output has been exceeding expectations, as Hurts stands second overall among all quarterbacks heading into Week 10. With the Eagles having a bye week in Week 10, this will be a perfect opportunity for the team to give their star quarterback rest and treatment on his knee so he can be 100 percent in two weeks' time.
Jalen Hurts will continue to stand out among Fantasy quarterbacks and will look to continue showcasing his abilities when the Eagles take on the Chiefs in Kansas City for a Super Bowl rematch in Week 11.
