Logan Thomas Looks Ready For Week 9
1 year agoWashington Commanders tight end Logan Thomas (heel) put in a full practice session on Thursday after he was listed as limited on Wednesday. The oft-injured tight end isn't dealing with a serious injury and should be fine to play in Week 9 against a New England Patriots defense that has been generous to the position this year. The Commanders could be missing receiver Curtis Samuel (toe), too, so Thomas could see added targets in a nice matchup. The 32-year-old veteran Thomas caught six of eight targets for 44 yards and his third touchdown of the season in last week's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. He's a suitable low-end TE1 streamer for those looking to capitalize on the friendly matchup or just as a bye-week filler.
