1 year agoCleveland Browns running back Jerome Ford (ankle) "wants and intends to play" versus the Seattle Seahawks in Week 8, but he'll need to be evaluated pregame before the team confirms his status. Diagnosed with a high-ankle sprain less than one week ago, it would be quite impressive to see Ford return without missing a game. His comments are promising, but fantasy managers should be aware that he didn't practice Thursday and was merely limited Friday. His official status will be announced around 2:35 p.m. EST.
