1 year agoWinnipeg Jets forward Gabriel Vilardi (knee) has been ruled out for four to six weeks with a sprained MCL. He was injured on only his third shift in Tuesday's matchup against Los Angeles. Rasmus Kupari skated in Vilardi's spot on the first line in Wednesday's practice, and Nikolaj Ehlers took his position on the first power-play unit. Mason Appleton is also a candidate to fill in for Vilardi on the top line. He missed Wednesday's practice for maintenance purposes.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
