Kyren Williams "Gonna Be Good", Injury Not A Big Concern
1 year agoLos Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams (ankle) had a big game for fantasy managers and finished with 158 yards and a touchdown off 20 carries in Sunday's blowout win over the Arizona Cardinals. The 23-year-old sustained an ankle injury during the game, so there's some concern regarding his health. Fortunately head coach Sean McVay downplayed Williams' injury, stating the back "is gonna be good" and calling it a "tweak". Of course fantasy managers will want monitor this situation over the next few days and ahead of the Rams' upcoming matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers. If Williams isn't healthy enough to suit up for that one, Ronnie Rivers (knee) or Zach Evans could ascend the depth chart.
