Chris Godwin Has WR2 Appeal For Week 6
1 year agoTampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin was able to break out of his slump versus the New Orleans Saints in Week 4. Godwin hauled in eight of his 11 targets for 114 yards in the win. The fact fellow wideout Mike Evans (hamstring) exited with an injury gave Godwin more chances in the receiving game. It looks like Evans is trending in the right direction ahead of the Week 6 matchup against the Detroit Lions. Despite Evans likely playing, Godwin should still have value in this game. Fantasy managers should consider him a WR2 for this favorable matchup versus Detroit.
