1 year agoDallas Stars center Roope Hintz (upper body) won't be in the lineup Thursday as the team opens its 2023-24 campaign with a home game against St. Louis. Hintz has battled an upper-body injury lately and appears to be nearing full health, but Thursday's contest comes too soon for him. Following Thursday, the Stars will be off until next Tuesday, so there's a good chance Hintz's absence is limited to only one game.
