Jerry Jeudy Should Play After Full Practice
1 year agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy (knee) is back on the injury report for Week 5 with a knee injury. He was limited in practice on Wednesday, but a return to a full practice on Thursday puts him on track to play this Sunday in a difficult matchup against the New York Jets. Jeudy is still searching for his first touchdown of the year after missing the season opener with a hamstring injury. In his first three games, he's caught 11 of his 17 targets for 158 yards. The 24-year-old will be one of the top passing-game options next to Courtland Sutton as long as he stays healthy, but he has a shy-away matchup in Week 5 against a Jets defense that is allowing the second-fewest half-PPR points per game to opposing wideouts so far in 2023. Consider Jeudy a low-ceiling WR3/flex in his fourth game of the year.
