LeBron James To Miss Preseason Opener
1 year agoLos Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (foot) won't play in Saturday's preseason opener against the Warriors. The King missed time last season because of a torn tendon in his foot. At the same time, the injury limited him when he did play. However, James is reportedly in excellent shape and 100% healthy, so fantasy managers shouldn't be alarmed. The 38-year-old finished the 2022-23 campaign by averaging 28.9 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 6.8 assists in 55 games. He is still considered one of the best players in the National Basketball Association. Although James will miss a few games here and there throughout the season for maintenance purposes, he should remain a valuable asset for fantasy managers.
